Richmond Pharmacology is the UK’s largest early Phase Contract Research Organisation (CRO) conducting pioneering early phase healthy and patient volunteer trials. This is a new role whereby the Clinic Screening Manager will take responsibility and will be accountable for the daily operational management of Richmond Pharmacology’s screening department. The efficient conduct of the screening function is essential to on time study screening of sufficient healthy and patient volunteers to meet study needs. The Screening Manager will also ensure quality expectations are met whilst ensuring achievement of efficient financial performance for this department. The ideal candidate must have current/past similar experience and demonstrable strong operational insight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To take accountability for the clinic’s compliance with Richmond Pharmacology’s operating procedures, ensuring that the screening department is prepared for audit 365 days of the year.
  • Lead and instigate continuous improvement activities in the screening department
  • Develop and promote excellent working relationships between the screening, patient recruitment and clinical departments.
  • The ability to effectively manage, delegate and report are essential for successful fulfilment of this senior position.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing and leading a team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
  • You must have received management training and be able to demonstrate how you have manged teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English are essential
  • Business, Clinical or scientific qualifications are desirable
