An exciting opportunity has been created, for an enthusiastic registered Nurse, Paramedic or ODP to join our team, working as a Junior Resuscitation Practitioner. You will work a total of 37.5hrs.The successful applicant will be at the forefront of acute clinical care, undertaking all aspects of Pharmacological study and acute hospital shifts. You will undertake modular studies level 6 or 7, at Kingston and St Georges University, to learn how to assess cardiovascular patient/volunteers, perform echocardiography in clinic and emergencies, at BSE level 1. You will use a wide range of techniques to prevent and manage those critically ill patients and volunteers within the phase one unit and hospital setting. You will also attend the ILS and ALS courses to obtain instructor potential and successfully complete the GIC instructor training course, to teach on ILS courses in the clinical trials unit, educating staff to further enhance the patient/volunteer safety.


The right candidates will be expected to follow the RPL training and examination system and ensure that they reach the expected high standards of performance necessary for the conduct of their duties and modular studies at Kingston and St Georges university.


Applicants must be fluent in English both oral and written. Attention to detail, self-motivation, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team, particularly under pressure are essential.
