You will be based at our central London, state of the art facility, at a clinical site that has been synonymous with cutting edge clinical research for over 30 years. In the last few years our facility has undergone a £5M redevelopment ensuring the facility matches the excellence of our teams.
As a Clinical Study Manager you will be expected to have a BSc, or equivalent/higher degree in a life science subject and at least 2 years of experience in clinical research or other scientific research. You should have strong organisational skills, good knowledge and experience of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations, as well as excellent written and communication skills with the ability to deliver high quality outputs to international clients
You will work closely with the Principal Investigators, Research Physicians, Clinical and Commercial Project Managers, and other internal departments on a wide range of complex clinical trials.
You will provide management and training to staff via streamlined training programmes in line with Richmond Pharmacology’s established training and development culture.
You will plan and aid in the execution of activities with the internal teams to ensure all timelines, budget considerations and client’s expectations are met.
You will participate in key meetings with sponsors and other stakeholders.
Structured training including comprehensive understanding of standard operating procedures and on the job training with senior managers and Directors.

Salary: Up to £40,000 plus commissions, private medical cover, life assurance, and company pension
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
