Richmond Pharmacology has a newly created opening for an Associate Clinical Compliance Manager to join a growing team of highly knowledgeable clinical compliance specialists at our dedicated early phase trials unit in London Bridge. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a clinical compliance role to acquire new skills and experience or for an experienced compliance professional to extend their knowledge in clinical trials.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the clinic, perhaps as a Clinical Trials Assistant / Administrator or Healthcare Assistant and will have an excellent eye for detail. Previous experience in a compliance or quality management role would be of particular interest, but is not essential. You will, however, have a solid knowledge of GCP standards and will be accustomed to monitoring clinical procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and SOP’s. You will understand the importance of effective oversight and should be comfortable quality checking procedures and data collection within a clinical context.
You will be able to draw on your knowledge of clinical procedures to assist in delivering effective procedure outlines and must have the confidence to highlight areas of potential concern if procedures are being inadequately completed or improperly designed.
It is expected that candidates will have a life sciences degree and prior experience in a clinical trials unit is essential. You will be an excellent communicator, but will also need to be tenacious and resilient. If you believe that you have the skills and experience to succeed in a role of this nature, please submit a current copy of your CV quoting reference RPL130819CCMSW in your SUBJECT LINE.
We have a great group of people that make up our team.
