Tele-Recruitment Executive

£15,000 per annum plus benefits. Potential earning up to £25,000

As an extremely busy early phase research organization, we are constantly recruiting volunteers to fill our many ongoing and forthcoming trials. Our professional in house marketing team will guide potential volunteers towards you. These potential volunteers need to be registered with Richmond Pharmacology, qualified for suitability to participate and encouraged to become involved in medical research and help make a difference.

Requirements:

• The ability to communicate effectively both internally within and across departments.

• The ability to work as part of a team to meet both individual and team targets.

• As a first point of contact for volunteers interested you will be key to our operation.

• You will be constantly on the phone engaging callers’ commitment, maintaining our data base by taking medical and contact information and managing volunteers through the registration process.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in Tele-sales / sales environment with proven results.

• Desire and hunger to achieve targets and seeing immediate financial rewards.

• Ideally 1 year or more sales experience.

• Good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel.

• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

You will be working in a fast paced environment reporting to the Head of Volunteer Recruitment. In return we offer a generous remuneration package, life assurance, private medical and dental insurance and a generous holiday allowance.
