Japanese Tele-Recruitment Assistant

Up to £17,000 per annum, plus benefits

Are you someone who likes to talk a lot? If the answer is yes then we need you to make sure we have enough volunteers at all times.

As the first point of contact for Volunteers interested in clinical trials you are key to our operation. You will be constantly on the phone, engaging callers’ commitment, maintaining our recruitment database by taking medical and contact information and managing volunteers through the registration process.

If you have six months proven sales experience and have good interpersonal and IT skills then this stimulating and challenging role could be for you. You should be hard working, self driven with an excellent telephone manner and a commitment to meet your targets. Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.

This position is offered on 3 month renewable contract. This role is available on a full time basis, however shifts will include some weekends.
