Japanese Recruitment & Marketing Executive

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Location: Croydon, London

Hours of Work: 40 hours a week, full-time (weekend working may also be required)

As an extremely busy early phase research organisation, we are constantly recruiting volunteers to fill our many ongoing and forthcoming trials. As part of our professional in house marketing team you will be responsible for refining existing marketing techniques and ensuring that potential volunteers participate and are encouraged to become involved in medical research and help make a difference. As part of the role, you will be expected to communicate effectively with a significant number of ongoing volunteers whose first language is Japanese.

Requirements:

- Graduate with experience in a sales/marketing environment with proven results;

- Good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel;

- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and oral;

- The ability to communicate effectively both internally within and across departments;

- The ability to work as part of a team to meet both individual and team targets.

You will be working in a fast paced environment reporting to the Head of Volunteer Recruitment.
