Head of Data Management

Salary up to £60K depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical data manager or project manager to manage a growing team of Data Management professionals working within Clinical Research.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of a department concerned with the delivery of all data management projects in accordance with study protocol, data management plan, standard operating procedures, laws and guidelines.

We are looking for an individual who is a high achiever with the ability to prioritise need, manage change and who will thrive on the challenge of introducing systems and procedures to heighten the organisation of the data management team. You will be responsible for a team of 20 staff and for effectively coordinating all of the data management projects Richmond pharmacology are tasked with undertaking, ensuring that projects are appropriately planned and each component is delivered on time and within budget.

This exciting post would suit someone with 5 years data management experience or clinical project management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. You must have a minimum of 2 years relevant line management experience with a track record of successful line management.
