Contracts Manager

£30,000 per annum + full benefits package

+ bonus (OTE) £45K

We are the UK’s largest early Phase Contract Research Organisation (CRO) uniquely based within excellent facilities at two London university hospital sites.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our Contracts and Proposals team.

The role will involve:

- Providing all quotations based on protocol and other information received from the client
- Manage the contract negotiation process (client contracts) in conjunction with the external legal  advisor and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and highlight and pricing or financial issues
- Establish payment milestones
- Attending (internal/external) client meetings regarding financial and/or contractual issues
- Provide financial input to Project Managers to enable them to manage actual costs against study  budgets
- Identifying those services that need to be provided by external vendors, identify the vendors and  obtain indicative pricing for inclusion in the quotation
- Maintain referred Vendor list for key subcontracted services
- Significantly aiding the Business Development Managers in the preparation of proposals; e.g.  completion of information assessment forms (RFI’s/RFP’s) from clients
- Maintain current lists of projects including type, status and value

If you have the following qualities and experience then this is indeed the role for you:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a methodical approach
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Qualification in Finance Business or Life-sciences
- Good IT skills
